Terms and Conditions


“Promoter” means OKI Data Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 97140212335) of Level 1, 67 Epping Road Macquarie Park NSW 2113 Australia.

Participant” means a registered business trading in Australia or New Zealand who purchases an Eligible Product from OKI or an authorised OKI Distributor during the Promotional Period.

“Reward” means the prepaid card reward corresponding to the relevant Eligible Product in the above table

Promotional Period” commences at 09.00AM (AEST) on 01 May 2020 and ends at 5.00PM (AEST) on 30 June 2020 (“Promotional Period”).

About this Program

The OKI Cashback is organised by OKI Data Australia Pty Ltd Level 1, 67 Epping Road Macquarie Park NSW 2113 Australia.

Participants to this OKI Cashback are subject to these Terms or such other Terms and Conditions that OKI may impose. OKI reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this OKI Cashback or to amend these Terms without any prior notice to all Participants and without any liability to OKI.

Entry is only open to a Participant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry including whether the participant qualifies as a Participant.  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant tampering with the entry process, or any Entrant that do not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

By participating in this OKI Cashback Participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and versions as subsequently amended.

Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, the OKI Cashback may not be combined with any other promotions, programs or special pricing. The OKI Cashback offer excludes: OKI toner cartridges, extended warranties, additional paper trays, or any other printer accessories.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from this Promotion.

To participate in this OKI Cashback the Participant must:

(a) within the Promotional Period, purchase in Australia or New Zealand from OKI, or an authorised OKI Distributor – a new and original Eligible Product

(b) provide the following correct details in the online Promotion entry claim form – first name, last name, business name, email address, business address, mobile phone number,  Eligible Product model, Eligible Product serial number and supporting tax invoice to the Promotion website okirewards.oki.com.au  as a PDF, JPG or other supported file type using the upload facility provided

The supporting tax invoice submitted must contain the following:

-OKI Data Australia Pty Ltd (OKI Data New Zealand) name or authorised OKI Distributor name

-Sale purchase date

-Sale purchase price

-List of Eligible Product purchased

-Invoice number

The Participant must correctly and fully complete an official online claim form at okirewards.oki.com.au  with all required information by 5.00PM (AEST) 15 July 2020. Hand written tax invoices and delivery dockets will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Any claim form submitted without the required proof of purchase documentation will be rejected. Entries will be deemed invalid if the same tax invoice number is used on more than one entry.

Participants with a valid claim will receive the corresponding Reward for each Eligible Product purchased.  Once claims have been received and verified please allow up to approximately 90 days for the receipt of the Reward.

The Participant is responsible for compliance with any rules, regulations, employment contractual limitations, and/or employer policies, regarding participation in such rewards programs and promotions. OKI Data Australia Pty Ltd is not liable or responsible for disputes arising between an individual Participant and their employer related to this matter.

All claims become the property of the Promoter.  The Promoter collects your personal details in order to conduct the Promotion and may pass that information to its related bodies corporate and agencies assisting with the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this Promotion. The Promoter will use the information contained in your entry to contact you if it has any queries regarding claims and to send prizes.

The Promotion is available only to residents of Australia or New Zealand.  The laws of NSW, Australia apply to the Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
